After a career setback from an ACL tear and an ankle sprain, I used strength and conditioning to recover and come back stronger. My journey from semi-pro basketball to elite sports and rehabilitation drives my commitment to helping others.

I bring extensive experience from top multidisciplinary clinics in London, combined with my work at Pro Basketball Club ‘Melbourne United’ and as Head of Strength and Conditioning at Sandringham Sabres. You pay for 30-60 minutes of a coach or practitioner’s time. The practitioner clears their mind of the last client, does their best to get immersed into your world, although by the time you’re making headway, the next client arrives and your time is up. 
We all know the feeling of being ushered out of the door before all of your questions are answered because the coach is late for their next client. Hopefully you leave with a clear plan, and if you’re lucky that plan is displayed electronically or at the very least on paper.
